Live a unique experience and discover, at the relaxing pace of your horse, this beautiful region of Morocco nestled in the heart of theSahara Desert: Dakhla and its magnificent landscapes.
The 1-hour “Cliffs” horseback ride offers untouched and varied scenery: the desert, Dakhla’s typical flat-topped hills, as well as majestic cliffs overlooking the roaring ocean. The diversity of landscapes crossed is what makes this ride so rich and enjoyable for riders. It is suitable for beginner riders.
The 1.5-hour “Ocean” horseback ride follows the same initial route as the Cliffs ride, where guests cross the desert, the typical flat-topped hills of Dakhla, and the imposing cliffs. However, the longer duration allows time to ride down to the beach, follow the ocean for unforgettable gallops, and then return to the cliffs via a path crossing pretty small sand dunes. This ride offers moments of serenity, where the sound of the waves blends with the gentle steps of the horses on the sand, as well as moments of freedom when the horse sets off at a gallop in the vast open spaces so characteristic of Dakhla. It is suitable for all riding levels, from beginner to advanced.
The 2-hour horseback ride follows the same itinerary as the previous one for most of the route, except that riders go farther along the cliffs and the beach, discovering more viewpoints thanks to the additional 30 minutes. On the way back, they will also enjoy a beautiful view of Dakhla’s iconic lagoon. It is suitable for all riding levels, in particular intermediate and advanced.
Apart from age, the maximum weight for taking part in the activity is 105 kgs.
Dress code (casual or formal): Customers are required to wear pants (jeans, leggings, jogging pants) for comfort and closed shoes (sneakers) for safety. We recommend always bringing a jacket or sweater just in case.We provide safety helmets (bombs) and fanny packs for cell phones.
In the event of cancellation less than 4 hours before the start of the activity, 50% of the price of the activity will be charged.
It is impossible for 2 people to ride a horse, even with a very young child; saddles are not made for this purpose and it is impossible to guarantee sufficient safety for the child to allow it.
